HP Inc.'s in-house Hardware Test Center at the Boise campus (11311 W Chinden Blvd) supports compliance and reliability testing for HP's LaserJet and other printer products. The facility houses a large semi-anechoic chamber for radiated emissions measurements alongside ESD, drop, vibration, and paper-handling test rigs, and is registered with the FCC as an accredited test firm under A2LA. HP announced in March 2026 that it will exit the Boise site by the end of 2027.
