Keystone Compliance (now Applus+ Keystone) is a full-service regulatory compliance lab in New Castle, PA, founded in 2007 and acquired by Applus+ Laboratories in 2024. The 30,000 sq ft facility covers EMC/EMI, environmental, ingress protection, and ISTA package testing for commercial and military applications including MIL-STD-461 and RTCA DO-160. The lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited by ANAB (certificate AT-3142) with recognition by the FCC and ILAC signatories.
