Laboratoria De Nayer is an independent non-profit testing laboratory operating since 1976 on the KU Leuven De Nayer Campus in Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Belgium. BELAC ISO 17025 accredited for over 20 years, it performs EMC, RF spectrum, electrical safety (LVD), climatic, and mechanical testing, and was the first Belgian Notified Body designated under the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU). The lab is an IECEE CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL) and a CAB recognized for FCC testing, serving civil, telecom, military, space, and automotive manufacturers.

Multiple semi-anechoic chambers (largest 20m x 15m x 9m with 10m antenna distance, up to 40 GHz), full anechoic room (9.5m x 5m x 4m), reverberation/shielded room (10m x 5m x 4m), climatic chambers up to 16 m³, and electrodynamic shakers for mechanical testing, housed in the Product Certification Center (PCC).
