PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, founded in 1989 by former FCC engineers and acquired by Element Materials Technology in 2020, is a wireless device test lab in Columbia, Maryland focused on EMC, RF exposure (SAR), HAC, OTA, and protocol/conformance testing. The lab is an FCC-listed TCB and a CTIA Authorized Test Lab, PTCRB- and GCF-accredited, and was the first lab in the US to test and certify a 5G mmWave device.
