In-house EMC/RF test laboratory operated by Sony Global Manufacturing & Operations Corporation at the Kosai Site in Shizuoka, Japan, accredited under the US-Japan MRA by Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) for FCC equipment certification testing of Sony products. The FCC test firm registration expired October 31, 2017, and Sony ceased manufacturing operations at the Kosai Site at the end of June 2024, transferring functions to the Kohda Site in Aichi.
