Taiwan Testing and Certification Center (ETC) Linkou Lab is a radio and wireless testing facility in New Taipei City, Taiwan, recognized under the APEC TEL MRA for FCC equipment authorization testing as of February 2022. Its accredited scope covers intentional radiators under FCC Part 15 Subpart C, U-NII devices (with and without DFS) under Part 15 Subpart E, and broadcast radio services under FCC Parts 73 and 74 below 3 GHz. Part of the broader ETC organization (a non-profit body under Taiwan's BSMI), the lab also supports ISED RSS and AS/NZS testing for multi-market certification.
