Taiwan Testing and Certification Center (ETC) is a non-profit organization under Taiwan's Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) that operates multiple laboratories across Taiwan, including facilities in Linkou, New Taipei City. The lab performs FCC, EMC, product safety, and wireless compliance testing, and holds recognition as an IECEE CB Testing Laboratory and IECEx Explosion Protection Laboratory (ExTL). It serves a broad range of industries from ICT and medical devices to smart grid and EV charging equipment.
