Taiwan Testing and Certification Center (ETC), formerly Electronics Testing Center, is a non-profit testing body headquartered in Taoyuan City that operates under the oversight of Taiwan's Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI). It offers a broad scope including EMC, product safety, communications terminal, environmental reliability, medical device, EV charger, and explosion-protection (IECEx ExTL) testing, and is a recognized IECEE CB Testing Laboratory. The center supports FCC, CE, and BSMI certifications and holds APEC TEL recognition for FCC-related measurements.
