Telefication B.V. (FCC designation NL0001) was founded in 1985 by the Dutch PTT and became an RvA-accredited notified body in 1990, operating as an FCC Telecommunication Certification Body and ISO/IEC 17025/17065-accredited test lab originally located in Zevenaar, Netherlands. In 2020 operations moved to a purpose-built EMC and wireless lab in Apeldoorn with twelve ETS-Lindgren chambers, and from January 2023 all certification services transferred to parent company Kiwa Nederland B.V. The lab issues certifications for FCC, ISED, MIC Japan, RED (EU Notified Body 0063), and UKCA across wireless, EMC, and electrical safety disciplines.
