Kansai Measurement Center of Tokin EMC Engineering (rebranded Toyo EMC Engineering after becoming a subsidiary of Toyo Corporation in January 2024), located in Sanda, Hyogo. The facility is built around a 10m semi-anechoic chamber with a 3-ton, 3-meter turntable and barrier-free access suitable for vehicle-mounted and large industrial equipment testing, plus a smaller EMS chamber and shielded room. It holds VCCI registration, A2LA accreditation for FCC testing, and recognition from TÜV Rheinland, Taiwan BSMI, and Vietnam QUACERT.
