UL Japan's Kashima EMC Laboratory in Katori-shi, Chiba is part of UL Solutions' network of five EMC testing facilities in Japan and specializes in automotive and in-vehicle equipment EMC testing, including EV/HV applications in its two EHV chambers commissioned in January 2020. The lab is accredited by both JAB and A2LA under ISO/IEC 17025 (A2LA cert 1266.01, valid through 2027-01-31) and tests to standards including CISPR 25, ISO 11452-2, GB/T 36282, and OEM requirements from GM, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, and Mazda.
