FCC Recognition Withdrawn
This laboratory was banned from performing FCC compliance testing under FCC Rule 25-27, effective September 26, 2025. Test reports from this lab are no longer accepted by the FCC.
Industrial Internet Innovation Center (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a state-owned Chinese enterprise established in 2016 and funded by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), located in the Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. The FCC denied the lab's test-firm recognition renewal on September 26, 2025 as part of its enforcement action against Chinese-controlled laboratories deemed to have ties to foreign adversaries, so the lab is no longer authorized to perform testing for FCC equipment authorization.
