The Shenzhen Academy of Information and Communications Technology (SAICT) is the southern branch of CAICT, a research institute under China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It focuses on wireless device testing — EMC, SAR, OTA, RF, protocol/RRM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and acoustic performance — and was the first Chinese lab to complete Apple CarPlay Enhanced Siri Chinese-language testing. FCC recognition for this designation is no longer active per public FCC test-firm listings.
