Telecommunication Technology Labs (CTTL) is the testing division of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), a research institute under China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The lab historically operated under NVLAP lab code 600118-0 and A2LA 7049.01, serving wireless, EMC, and conformance testing for major manufacturers including Huawei and ZTE. The FCC withdrew its recognition of the lab (final order DA-26-150, effective February 12, 2026) after determining it is owned and directed by the PRC under the Covered List rules.
