UL-CCIC Company Limited is a joint venture between UL Solutions and the China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), established in January 2003 and based in Suzhou Industrial Park. The lab provides product safety, EMC, and energy efficiency testing supporting FCC, CCC, IECEE CB Scheme, and ENEC certifications. In September 2025 the FCC initiated proceedings to withdraw its recognition of UL-CCIC as part of an enforcement action against test labs alleged to be subject to control by the Chinese government; as of February 2026 the proceeding had not been finalized.
